Even the youngest child must be taught with clarity, warmth, and אמת.
The Torah learning should be infused with joy and פנימיות.
The mechanchim must recognize the unique נשמה of each child.
Chinuch must be conducted in an environment free from negative influences, טהור וקדוש.
In the Rebbe's words, the responsibility of mechanchim is to raise children who are lights — who illuminate their surroundings with Torah and mitzvos.
